Prepare for the mental and physical aspects of childbirth with our prenatal yoga class. This class provides and environment for pregnant women to learn breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as strengthening exercises for where the body will need to be strong. This class will help improve balance, circulation and toning with postures modified for the needs of each trimester. Create those surges of prana (breathe life force and energy) for yourself and for your baby. You can also get to know other expectant mothers and learn relaxation techniques that will take you far beyond pregnancy.
