Kundalini Yoga was brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan, who shared the science of this yoga so that we would be able to use it to cope with our increasingly pressured and disconnected lives. It aims to awaken our life force so that we can be fully conscious and present.

Using postures, movement, sequenced sets of exercises, breathing, chanting and meditation, Kundalini yoga brings a range of benefits. The exercises are dynamic and active: movement is combined with focused breath work. This rhythmic exercise increases circulation, flexibility and energy. Practicing Kundalini yoga can awaken your consciousness, improve your health, enhance communication, while increasing your strength and endurance.
